Investigations

Melbourne Cemetery:

Investigation:

This was a spare of the moment investigation. The team decided that we would arrive at the Melbourne Cemetery on Hibiscus Blvd and just see what we could come in contact with. We were all outfitted with digital recording devices, video cameras, no-touch thermometers and KII- EMF detectors. We broke up in teams of 2 and made sure that we were no where near any other members to dispel any possible overlapping of communication.

The females had a great experience with the digital recording device when they decided to leave the recorder on the headstone and return a short time later. After reviewing the recorded information, it can plainly be heard a male voice say " Do It ". Now, this is when the females were teamed up together with no male present. ( Hear in EVP Section )

On the other side of the cemetery, a husband and wife are sitting a the headstone of a personal friend. They are talking to him and reassuring him that his family does miss him. As the male is asking questions, you hear what sounds like 4 different growls. Now, I asked both the husband and wife if they had heard anything while questioning the friend. Both denied and noises. After reviewing this recording, it appears to say " Get Out" or possibly " Who's That ". Definitely two syllables. The husband and wife were shocked to hear what was being heard on the tape and for them to not hear it. ( Hear in EVP Section )

Scotty and I were at an unknown location on the southwest corner of the cemetery. We were looking for Scott's friend that had just passed away and was buried in this cemetery but unknown exactly where. I began by setting the KII EMF detector on the headstone. For the first few minutes, there was no activity on the meter. As Scotty began to talk to his friend, several occasions the KII meter fluctuated up and down. I then began to take a temperature reading of the surrounding area. The temperature this nite stayed between 70-72 degrees. During the fluctuation of the KII meter, I got a temperature change ranging from 71- 64 degrees. This was followed up by a temperature change of 71 to 59 degrees and then back to 70 within approximate 30 seconds.

As we went to leave the area, I had forgotten to retrieve the KII meter off of the headstone. Scotty and I walked back utilizing a flashlight to assist in locating the lost equipment. As we located the KII meter, Scott looked down and found that we were standing 3 headstones from his friend that he wanted to talk to.

Findings:

All though we did not pick anything up on video, several groups had fluctuation on the KII EMF meter. Several groups had temperature changes during their independent investigations, but we were in an outdoors environment. Several EVP were picked up, some better than others, and some where the investigators positively did not hear the "growls" while they were recording.

We will be returning to the same area in the near future for further investigation.

Here are some EVP's that were caught during investigations. All recordings were captured utilizing the Olympus Digital voice Recorder VN-3100. Each EVP has been downloaded in it's original format and have not been altered. Tell us what you think.....

1) 2 female investigators are utilizing a digital recorder in attempts to gather EVP's at a local cemetery. They leave the recorder on a headstone and leave the area. Approximately 6 minutes into the recording, you will hear what sounds like a male voice whisper "Do It"......

You decide........

2) Husband and wife sitting at a headstone of a friends deceased son. They are using the same model digital recorder. They explain that he is a cancer surviver himself. Neither parties heard the gruff voice that appears to say " Get Back ".....

You decide........

3) Male and female investigator are recording utilizing the same digital recorder. She sets the recorder on the headstone and decide to walk south through the graveyard and check for tempature fluctuations using a digital thermometer and KII Meter. Approximately 5 minutes later, you hear what appears to be a young female saying "............Talk To Me......... " It is inaudable what is at the beginning and end. There were no children at the site during the investigation.

4) Same husband and wife attempting to makle contact with friends deceased son. Just before he speaks, there is a silght groan, obviously not his voice. Several groans were recoreded at this headstone, but as the couple switched to several other headstones, this vioce is never picked up again.

Welcome to the Space Coast Paranormal Research Association. Here is a little about our team members:

Scott Dwyer........................................................................Co-Founder / Lead Investigator

My name is Scott and I am the Co-Founder of the Space Coast Paranormal Research Association and Lead Investigator. I have over 28 years of law Enforcement experience as a road patrol officer and the majority of my tenure has been as a Crime Scene Investigator. My background is taking what individuals report in a crime and prove or disprove the occurrences through thorough technical reenactments and complicated investigations. My primary employment is an asset to the research into the paranormal.

Ron Streiff............................................................................Co-Founder / Lead investigator

My name is Ron and I am the Co-Founder of the Space Coast Paranormal Research Association and Lead Investigator. I also have over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience as a road patrol officer as well as Detective rank and Crime Scene Investigation. Years of investigating complaints and reported crimes has assisted me in the investigation into the paranormal. Not jumping to conclusions early into the investigations has made me more open minded and the benefits are well researched, unbiased conclusions being backed by facts an facts only.

Kelly Streiff................................................................................Investigator / Case Manager

My name is Kelly and I am the Investigator / Case Manager of the Space Coast Paranormal Research Association. My duties are to contact and follow up investigation requests received into our office and set up a confidential in depth interview. I then research reported cases received and document in depth information as to each case prior to the investigation. I then assist in the investigation gathering information and compiling evidence to either prove or disprove reports of the paranormal.

I have had several experiences in my life that has brought me to the curiosity of paranormal research. I feel that I am sensitive to spiritial contact due to past experiences I have encountered. I also assist in the gathering of information and compiling evidence to either prove or disprove reports of the paranormal.

Kimberly White..............................................................................Investigator / Researcher

My name is Kimberly and I am the Investigator / Researcher for the Space Coast Paranormal Research Association. I assist in the investigations as well as conduct a thorough post research of the area, residence, business and history of the reported paranormal site. A complete report is then compiled and turned over to the investigators to be added into the validity to reported haunting to possibly shed additional light into the completed investigation.

Our Services

The Space Coast Paranormal Research Association conducts our investigations in the following manner;

1. A private in depth interview is conducted.

2. An investigation date is set.

3. The evening of the investigation, our team will set up the equipment and begin trying to recreate personal experiences in an attempt to find good evidence either for or against paranormal activity.

4. A research team will conduct research into the history of the site of activity.

5. A full analysis of all evidence and research material is completed.

6.. We will then share our findings with you and come to a conclusion.

The SCPRA understands the emotions, fears and confusion surrounding this type of activity. We promise to bring professionalism and confidentiality to each case we investigate. We understand that it is difficult to sometimes acknowledge that paranormal activity may be occurring. Though we respect your right to privacy, we also know that most people are desperate for an explanation. Our goal is to help you understand the nature of the problem and to supply you with information to better understand the activity and why it is happening.
All our findings are strictly confidential and will not be sold or given to any other than the client, without written permission. This service is provided for free.
